Registration

  
Use the conference registration system (button above) to make the registration and pay the registration fee.
  
  • If you have attended the previous conference ICCT 2024, please use the user account you have already created. If not, please create a new account by clicking on “New registration to the system”.
  • After logging in, click on “+ New registration” to register for the conference and make the payment of the registration fee or “Send new abstract” to submit an abstract.
  • 1 accepted presentation (poster/lecture) = 1 registration fee (extra accepted presentation = 500 CZK)

The registration fee includes access to the scientific program, conference materials incl. book of abstracts, the possibility to publish in the proceedings of full papers, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome drink, social event and VAT.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The Conference secretariat must be notified by e-mail at amca@amca.cz in the event of the cancellation of the registration.

CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED
  
  • before March 31, 2025: full refund of the registration fee, a handling fee of 150 CZK will be deducted
  • from April 1, 2025: no refund
